Introduction
Hollow Tree Therapy ("we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy covers this website and what you send through it. How clinical records are kept is explained to you in your first session.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, how and when you would like to be reached, and your message. Please do not include medical details in a message. For anything urgent, call us.
How we use it
To reply to you, to arrange a call or a session, and to meet our legal duties. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows, with your written permission, or as described to you in your first session. The services that host this website and deliver our email handle your message only to do that work.
Cookies
This website sets only what it needs to work and nothing that follows you from site to site.
Email and text
Email and text messages are not a private channel. If you would rather not use them, say so in your message and we will phone you.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a message you sent through this website. Write to hello@hollowtreetherapy.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we post the new version here and update the date above.
